6. Order Processing and Shipping

Most of our products are typically available for shipment within 5–7 business days. However, please note that the Sensory Play Park game has a longer processing time of 21 days before it’s ready for shipment.
Shipping within the European Union is available, and we use both local post services and UPS. Please be aware that shipping prices and times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
While we strive to provide accurate and efficient shipping, actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as the carrier’s services and customs processing. We recommend checking the specific shipping details for each product during the checkout process. Additional taxes may apply.

7. Workshop Registration and Participation

We occasionally organize in-person creative workshops for mothers and children (below the age of 5). By registering for a workshop, you agree to the following:

  • Registration is made through our Website or by email, and your spot is confirmed once payment is received via bank transfer or Twint.

  • Workshops may take place in various venues, including rented spaces, cafés, or our home studio. The exact address will be communicated after registration.

  • You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be refunded at 50% of the total amount. No refund is provided for no-shows.

  • Parents or legal guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their children during the workshop.

  • justMotherful is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or property loss/damage occurring during or as a result of workshop participation.

  • Participants are responsible for their own health and accident insurance. justMotherful does not provide insurance coverage for participants or their children during the workshop.

  • We may take photos during the workshop for promotional use (e.g., on our Website or social media). Children’s faces will never be shown without prior explicit consent from their parent or guardian.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
